Peter founded the firm in 2011 after gaining experience from working at numerous practices. He was one of the last few who completed a two year training program called articles of clerkship after he completed his law degree at Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 2004.
Peter has broad experience in all areas of law throughout his career. His focus has been however in commercial and property field, and its dispute resolution. In his career, he has acted for large corporations and major lenders, and also small to medium businesses. He has involved in complex purchase and sale of property transactions, and property developments. He is also experienced in acting for landlords and tenants in relation to leasing of commercial and retail tenancies, and its dispute resolution.

Amy is a solicitor who has broad experience in different areas of law. She has practiced in property and commercial laws, estate matters, and migration with a focus on business visas. Since joining Pham Solicitors, Amy has since focused her experience on property and commercial laws. She assists clients in buying and selling businesses, commercial and retail leases, and preparing documents relating to family law property settlement. Amy is well versed in all property transactions from residential to commercial property transactions.
Amy was admitted as a solicitor in 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from Southern Cross University and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. She is currently undertaking a Master of Laws.

Lina Curry

Lina has many years working in law firms. She started out her law career as a secretary and assistant, and then received training to become a conveyancing paralegal. Lina is experienced in property transactions having worked as a residential conveyancing paralegal since 2015. She has completed thousands of conveyancing transactions over the years. She helps clients reviewing and drafting contracts, undertaking the purchase and sale process from A to Z, and ensures that her client’s interests are always well protected.
Lina is known for her friendliness and patience, and her clients can be assured that the sale or purchase of their house is in safe hand.
